Start your day bewildered by the scale of the sumptuous baroque Mafra National Palace, with its 220-meter-long façade, 1200 rooms.
Our next stop will be the village of sobreiro where you will see a life size village made by Jose Franco, a sculptor on the modelling clay art, a big opportunity to explore the local culture.
The Municipality of Mafra has 11 kilometers of coastline and 12 beaches. Get ready to see the World surfing reserve. The first viewpoint will be miradouro da baleia.
Then Walk in the historical center of Ericeira.
Lunch time in the Seafood Restaurants Ribamar, where much of the fish served was swimming on the waters just hours before, and is prepared in a variety of ways.
Take a look at Praia Ribeira d’ilhas, recognized as one of the world’s best surfing beaches, main reason for many young travelers to visit Ericeira.
Praia da Foz do Lizandro is the alternative to Ribeira d’Ilhas, a bigger beach that has the distinguishing feature of having both a river and the sea. Protected by cliffs, it is a boardwalk with bars and restaurants.

The Municipality of Mafra has 11 kilometers of coastline and 12 beaches, most of which are located in the picturesque fishing village of Ericeira, one of the highlights of this tour.
Come and discover them one by one and let yourself be seduced by the diversity of landscapes and environments.
In Mafra you will be bewildered by the vast complex that includes a huge monastery, an ornate basilica and a grand library that contains over 36000 ancient books and its own colony of bats.
In 2011 the Ericeira World Surfing Reserve was created – the first in Europe and the second in the world. It has seven world-class waves.
